Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive based in Singapore to lead our commercial charge across Southeast Asia. This role is for a true hunter–someone who thrives on opening doors, crafting deals, and building partnerships with agencies, brands, publishers, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting:

  • Own the region: Drive new business across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand
  • Represent Nova: You’ll be our boots on the ground. You’ll be the face of Nova in market, working autonomously while staying connected to our global team
  • Prospect and pitch: Identify opportunities, build prospect lists, conduct customer research, drive outbound contact, and close new deals across agency, brand, and publisher landscapes
  • Onboarding: identify growth plans for signed accounts, walk them through initial set up, conduct training sessions with partner sales teams
  • Shape the solution: You’ll work with clients to uncover opportunities, provide feedback to our product team, build custom responses as required
  • Drive new partnership: identify and grow scalable distribution or integration opportunities with publishers, other wholesale partners or tech partners

Job Breakdown:

  • 70% New Business Development: signing new accounts
  • 20% Account Management: develop plans to grow wallet share
  • 10% Market Development: identify strategic partnership, gather market intelligence

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in media, digital, or adtech sales
  • Strong SEA market knowledge and solid book of contacts
  • Proven new business track record - you live for the chase
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you’re resourceful, independent and get things done
  • Proven track record of $300K+ USD annual quota attainment
  • A love for all things related to adtech, media and creative innovation

Success Metrics:

  • $500K USD annual new business quote (Year 1: $200K ramp)
  • 15+ new partner onboardings annually
