What do I get?
Social Display allows for quick (under one minute), frictionless, customizable repurposing of any social media assets for use in display advertising. The repurposing of these assets allows for the rapid generation and deployment of new ads with pre-designed and stakeholder approved creative.
How do I do it?
Using the Nova Social Display platform is as simple as pasting a link from a social media post and generating the new ad. Sizes, CTA color and text, social platform icons, connected links, third party trackers, and more are all customizable.
What sizes are supported?
We have a flex template that automatically resizes to best fit the space it’s placed in.
We also have fixed size templates for 300x250, 300x600, 320x480 and 336x280.
What reporting metrics are available?
For every campaign impressions, clicks, and CTR are available. For campaigns with video, we also offer video completion rates.
What social networks are supported?
We support Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and Snapchat formats.
Are there limitations on content type/category/vertical?
Social Display doesn’t have limitations at a technical level, nor restrictions on content. However, check with your DSP or local laws, because there are still regulations around cannabis, alcohol, and political content.
Can this run on desktop/mobile/in-app?
Yes. You can run Social Display anywhere you can run 3rd party display tags.
What 3rd party integrations are available?
We support impression and click trackers as well as third party viewability trackers such as MOAT or IAS.
Is there an expiration on the link for the Instant Mock-up Tool?
No
What’s the limit on video length/size?
We have a 100MB limit on video size but no limit on length. If completion rate is a KPI for the campaign, we suggest keeping videos under 15 seconds whenever possible.
Do you run into issues with Chrome Heavy Ad Intervention?
No, we’ve engineered our product so that we avoid any chance of the ad being unloaded.
How many clicks go to the social pages?
If you have the social icon and social engagement icons enabled, we typically see those receive about 4% of the total clicks.
